Promoting Accountability Through Creative Storytelling
In collaboration with Griot Studios, the Foundation hosted a mini forum on October 3, 2023, themed Promoting Accountability Through Creative Storytelling at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre.
Organized with support from the MacArthur Foundation, the event featured discussions on the potential of creative storytelling as a vital tool to drive accountability and the screening of "4th Republic", a film addressing political corruption in Nigeria's electoral system over the last two decades.
Panelists included Ms. Kate Henshaw, Award-winning Actress/ Social Advocate; Ishaya Bako, Film Director; Ms. Yemisi Nathaniel, WRAPA; Ijapari Ben-Hirki, Actress, and Kingsley Agu, Connected Development.
