In collaboration with Inclusive Friends Association (IFA), the Foundation hosted a Public Policy Forum, The Forgotten Citizens: A Decade of Inclusion on October 30, 2023, at the Yar’Adua Centre. With support from the MacArthur Foundation, the event highlighted challenges faced by Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Karonmajigi community, while celebrating IFA’s decade-long inclusion efforts.

Esteemed guests, including Senator Ireti Kingibe, Senator of the Federal Capital Territory, and John Palfrey, President of MacArthur Foundation, delivered remarks. Government officials, advocates, organizations of persons with disabilities, civil society organizations, and the public were also in attendance.
